JEE is Joint Entrance Examination. It is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering and architectural courses. It is one of the toughest exams in India.
JEE Exam is conducted in two phases: JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
JEE Mains consists of two test papers: JEE Mains Paper 1 for engineering courses and JEE Mains Paper 2 for architectural courses.
JEE Advanced exam consists of two test papers: Paper-1 and Paper-2. Both the papers consist of three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The exam contains MCQ as well as NAT questions. The duration will be 3 hours for each test paper.
For admission to architectural courses, candidates have to appear in JEE Advanced AAT Exam.
JEE Advanced AAT exam is conducted in offline mode only. It consists of only one test paper which consists of three sections: Mathematics, Aptitude Test & Drawing Test. Total of 82 objective type questions will be asked which carries 390 marks.
