Who can be the best media managers for this Government

After the defeat of BJP and allies in Bihar, it has become increasingly clear that the Modi Government at Centre needs to re-calibrate its media and communication management. Smriti Irani, Nirmala Sitharaman, Piyul Goyal were some of the highly effective communicators as spokespersons who are now ministers. The new lot is not as capable and effective. Meenakshi Lekhi, MP from New Delhi is one such good choice as media manager. BJP and its allies need to urgently put forward a highly effective team of media managers soon to combat and correct spins and narratives by main stream media.

Smriti Irani should be the spokesperson for BJP. And BJP needs to hire  professionals and twitter RWs to counter media narrative.
MJ Akbar deserves to be the main spokesperson. He needs to be more vocal. Sambit Patra is not doing his job properly

Well why forget about CAG , just rehire them .

CAG as background team would atlest provided brefings to spokeperson who can then counter very well in media

Well, Prashanth Kishor from CAG moved over to conduct Nitsh Kumar’s campaign after feeling sidelined by Amit Shah after the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. I believe a lot of volunteers left CAg after that…

Lord L.

Look at MEA, Defense Ministries. Let the official spokesperson of each department (a high ranking bureaucrat) handle the media, no minister or MP is to talk to the media about it or otherwise. Limit all pressers by ministers & MPs to Doordarshan.

ABP/Telegraph once reported against Mamata Bannerjee & TMC regularly. She stopped all West Bengal state government ads & do this day continues it. BJP atleast should stop giving interviews to Indian Express & NDTV (has just over 1 lakh viewers!)
